I take the protection of your personal data seriously and handle it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish law. This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and what rights you have.

2. What data I collect and why
I only collect personal data that you actively provide when you contact me through the contact form on this website, or when you send me an e-mail directly. This is typically your name, e-mail address, chosen subject, and the content of your message.
The sole purpose of collecting this information is to be able to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to document any resulting sale for accounting purposes. Your data is never used for marketing, never shared with third parties, and never sold.
3. Legal basis
Processing of your message is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries directed to me). If your enquiry results in a sale, records are kept under Article 6(1)(c) to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven).
4. How long I keep your data
General enquiries that do not result in a transaction are deleted once the correspondence is concluded and there is no longer a reasonable need to retain it.
If your enquiry leads to a sale, I am required by Danish law (Bogføringsloven) to retain the related documentation — including any e-mail correspondence that forms part of the transaction record — for 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction took place. This is a legal obligation I cannot waive.
5. Who has access to your data
Only I have access to messages sent through the contact form. Messages are stored in my e-mail inbox, which is provided by a standard e-mail service. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database beyond what WordPress needs to send the e-mail. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
5a. Third-party service providers
To operate this website and fulfil orders, I use the following services, which may process personal data on my behalf:
- e-studio ApS (Denmark) — website hosting
- WP Mail SMTP — transmission of contact form e-mails
- Saal Digital GmbH (Germany) — print production (name and delivery address shared for confirmed orders only)
- Nordic Digital Lab (Denmark) — print production for orders within Denmark (name and delivery address shared for confirmed orders only)
All providers are located within the EU/EEA and are bound by GDPR.
6. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies set by WordPress to keep the site functioning. I do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any form of tracking.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- The right to access the data I hold about you.
- The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
- The right to request deletion of your data (subject to the statutory 5-year retention described above, where applicable).
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, simply e-mail me at hello@aminrezai.com and I will respond as soon as possible, and in any case within one month.

If you believe I am handling your data incorrectly, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet): www.datatilsynet.dk.
